AXYLLA, LLC (“AXYLLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates axyllachronicles.com. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through our launch page, mailing list, and email correspondence.
Our current launch page provides information and collects email subscriptions and inquiries. It does not accept purchases or collect payment information.

When you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message or attachments.

Our launch list uses double opt-in: after signing up, you receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting privacy@axyllachronicles.com.
Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. We may still respond to your inquiries or send necessary administrative messages.

We use MailerLite to host our launch page, manage subscriptions, send marketing emails, and provide reporting.
Built-in website analytics are enabled. Our marketing emails may use tracking pixels and tracked links to report email opens and link clicks. These reports help us understand engagement and improve our communications.
Our page may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the site and signup form. We have not added Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to this launch page.
You can manage cookies through your browser and restrict remote image loading through your email application. These controls may affect functionality and may not prevent all reporting, including link-click tracking. You can stop receiving marketing emails by unsubscribing.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES
We use MailerLite for our launch page and mailing list, and Zoho for business email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or our mailing list.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud or misuse.
